LiveLike’s Audience Engagement Suite gives broadcasters and rights holders a powerful social and editorial toolset for activating their mobile users.
Our full offering includes a library of interactive widgets, a social messaging platform and an editorial CMS, with powerful middleware that syncs to mobile video players. All elements of the SDK are designed to seamlessly integrate into your existing video app, with the flexibility to define your own skinning, sizing and layouts.
Public chat is an ephemeral community built around your live event. As messages scroll by, the user gets the feeling of watching with a crowd of fans. Sending their own chat message only takes a couple of taps. Producers are able to monitor chat, highlighting and responding to interesting posts, and even sending new widgets based on live user feedback.
Chat view UI can be implemented in a number of ways, with our customization tools at your disposal. Here are just a couple of examples.
Interactive widgets use a mix of editorial content driven by the CMS, and casual game-like gestures to engage users through the course of a live broadcast, with a goal of increasing session times.

Chat + Widgets
Chat and widgets form powerful engagement loops when used together. Chat users can talk to the producers and vice versa. When gripping moments in a game or event get users and producers talking, the mobile audience starts to form a community of their own.
Chat and widgets can exist separately, as described in the previous sections, or together, with widgets overlayed on top of the chat zone. You can also configure these views to allow users to minimize or opt out of chat if they'd rather focus on the broadcast.
