This step is mandatory for A/B test–based quests to progress. For each provided quest_id, the API selects a quest variant based on the quest’s A/B test assignment strategy (e.g., random allocation) and creates an assignment for the given profile. The response returns successfully assigned variants and any quests that were skipped.
