Returns one order of the signed-in member, with its items and any refunds. A member can only retrieve their own orders, and the caller must be a member of the application.

The order itself is only a container. Its status is created or cancelled, and the redemption progress of each purchase lives on the items, whose status is in_progress, awaiting_provider_confirmation, redeemed, fulfilled, rejected or refunded. total_amount is the sum of the item amounts, and redemption_method shows whether the member paid with a reward item or in cash.
