Returns one refund that covers an order item. Requires a producer access token for the application.

status is pending, completed or failed. total_amount is the sum of the refunded item amounts, and items lists each refunded order item with its variant, product, amount and quantity. reason is the reason given when the refund was created, and created_by is the producer who issued it.
