Getting Started
LiveLike Genie is an AI assistant built into the Producer CRM. It helps producers, engineers, and account teams create, manage, and learn - all through a chat-like interface.
Key Capabilities
Capability | What it means |

Manage Resources | Create, edit, and publish Programs, Text Polls, Predictions, and Quizzes without leaving chat. |
Real-time Internet Access | Genie can fetch live data like scores, or headlines and use it inside prompts or widgets. |
Conversational Knowledge | Talk to the Genie in natural language. "Create 3 trivia questions on the greatest NBA players of all time" or "List all my live programs." |
Inline Feedback | Give quick feedback using thumbs up/down icons or type feedback: followed by your comment. |
Enable the Genie
Prerequisites
- Access to the LiveLike Producer Dashboard
- At least one live application
How to Enable Genie
- Contact your Account Manager, or
- Email: [email protected]
Opening the Genie Panel
Go to Producer Suite → Scroll down to Business Tools → Genie tab
Using Genie to Manage Resources
Programs
Ask:
List programs scheduled for today
Genie returns program details using the Programs schema.
Text Polls / Predictions / Quizzes
Genie supports the full lifecycle:
Create → Schedule → Publish
Follows the standard widget creation flow.
Giving Feedback
Inline Feedback
- Hit the Thumbs up/Thumbs down button.
- Select the reason for feedback. If the reason is not listed, select. "Others"
- Type something like:
feedback: Genie didn’t list the right program.
and then Hit Submit.
