LiveLike Genie is an AI assistant built into the Producer CRM. It helps producers, engineers, and account teams create, manage, and learn - all through a chat-like interface.

Enable the Genie

Prerequisites

  • Access to the LiveLike Producer Dashboard
  • At least one live application

How to Enable Genie


Opening the Genie Panel

Go to Producer Suite → Scroll down to Business Tools → Genie tab


Using Genie to Manage Resources

Programs

Ask:
List programs scheduled for today Genie returns program details using the Programs schema.

Text Polls / Predictions / Quizzes

Genie supports the full lifecycle:
Create → Schedule → Publish Follows the standard widget creation flow.


Giving Feedback

Inline Feedback

  1. Hit the Thumbs up/Thumbs down button.
  2. Select the reason for feedback. If the reason is not listed, select. "Others"
  3. Type something like:
    feedback: Genie didn’t list the right program. and then Hit Submit.
